Magnesium is an essential mineral and is one of the most commonly found electrolytes in the body. While many foods are rich in magnesium, deficiencies are very common in the western diet. We recommend taking a two-capsule dosage (800 mg) of Magnesium Citrate per day, this provides 112 mg of elemental magnesium which is 28% of a man’s average daily requirement and 36% of a woman’s average daily requirement.
Magnesium Citrate is highly water-soluble and so does not need to be taken with food for proper absorption.
