Each capsule of the product contains 1000 mg of fish oil with a high content of 700 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids, 400 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
