DIRECTION (1 serving = 1/2 Level Teaspoon (approx. 5.6 g))

Mix 2 1/4 level teaspoons with 8 oz. of juice or your favorite beverage once daily. Taking with juice or other beverage is recommended due to bitter taste of free-form amino acids.
