NOW Foods Magnesium + Ashwagandha combines a mineral with a standardized botanical extract in vegan capsules. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle and nervous system function.
Two magnesium sources
The formula provides magnesium from magnesium oxide and Albion™ magnesium bisglycinate. The ashwagandha extract comes from the roots and leaves of Withania somnifera.
- 420 mg elemental magnesium per serving
- 450 mg ashwagandha extract, standardized to at least 2.5% total withanolides
- 120 vegan capsules
- Gluten-free and non-GMO

DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 capsules)
