Nutrend Isodrinx is an isotonic sports drink available in refreshing fruit flavors. Its use provides muscles with energy for intense workouts, replenishes water and minerals lost through sweat during exercise, reduces the risk of muscle cramps, and keeps the body hydrated.

The drink consumed during exercise should contain carbohydrates, minerals, and other beneficial ingredients. Sodium is the most important mineral lost through sweat. NUTREND ISODRINX contains sodium along with magnesium, potassium, and calcium. These minerals make the product ideal for hydrating the body and maintaining intensity levels during workouts.

During intense workouts, the body primarily uses carbohydrates for energy. The body can store a certain amount of carbohydrates, which are gradually depleted during training. When carbohydrate stores are exhausted, blood glycogen (carbohydrate) levels drop, leading to every athlete’s nightmare: an immediate performance decline, and the workout soon ends. To prevent this, 30–60 g of carbohydrates should be consumed per hour of training. This isotonic sports drink delivers the aforementioned minerals and carbohydrates to your body.

What exactly is an effervescent tablet?

A special type of dietary supplement based on a mixture of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate. The effervescent tablet reacts with water, releasing carbon dioxide and dispersing the active ingredients into the mixture.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 tablet)

Before training: consume 200–300 ml over a 30-minute period.
During training: consume 100–150 ml every 15 minutes.
Isotonic sports drink: dissolve 1 tablet in 250 ml of water (osmolality 275–305 mOsm/kg).
Hypotonic drink: dissolve 1 tablet in 375 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg).
