For Detoxification, Digestion, and Fat Metabolism Support
The WTN Bile Support dietary supplement can support liver health by replenishing bile acids, promote fat breakdown and digestion, and contribute to detoxification and metabolic balance. Its use is particularly beneficial in cases of reduced bile production, as it can supplement the natural role of bile in digestion.
When Should You Use It?
- If you experience bloating, a feeling of fullness, or nausea after consuming fatty foods.
- If you have pale, clay-colored, or floating stools.
- If your stool is greasy and difficult to flush.
- If you frequently experience constipation.
- If you have high cholesterol levels despite a healthy diet.
- If you feel pressure or pain under your right ribcage, which may radiate to your back.
- If you suffer from bile-related migraines or headaches.
Not Only Certain Symptoms but Also Specific Conditions May Indicate Bile Production Issues, Making Bile Support Beneficial in the Following Cases:
- Hypothyroidism
- Insulin resistance
- Fatty liver
- Menopause
- Estrogen dominance
- Long-term use of contraceptives, acid reducers, or statins
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
- Imbalance in gut flora (dysbiosis)
- Psoriasis, acne, rosacea, or itchy skin
- Candida or other fungal or bacterial infections, or parasites
- Deficiency or absorption issues with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K)
Did You Know?
The WTN Choline Cream and WTN Epebarát can work together to provide comprehensive support: choline supports the optimal condition of liver cells and bile fluid, while bile acids aid in the breakdown and absorption of fats during digestion.
Why and How Does the Product Work?
The liver produces approximately 1 liter of dilute bile daily, which is concentrated and stored in the gallbladder. Upon eating (especially fatty foods), the gallbladder contracts, releasing bile into the small intestine (duodenum), where it breaks fats into small droplets, allowing the fat-digesting enzyme (lipase) produced by the pancreas to break them down.
This fat-digesting enzyme can only be activated if sufficient bile acids are present in the duodenum. If there is not enough bile, the lipase remains in the pancreas and does not reach the small intestine, resulting in improper fat digestion. Consequently, undigested fat passes through the digestive system, causing bloating, diarrhea, greasy stools, and difficulty absorbing fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
Bile’s role extends beyond fat digestion. Due to its fat-dissolving properties, it damages the cell membranes of pathogens, thereby:
- Preventing the overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the small intestine
- Preventing pathogens from adhering
- Supporting the balance of gut flora
Bile also has a detoxifying effect, helping to remove toxic substances from the body, such as drug residues, hormones, and excess chemicals.
Bile neutralizes toxins (endotoxins) from bacteria. However, if insufficient bile is available, these toxins can be absorbed, triggering inflammatory processes in various parts of the body—sometimes without a clear cause. This hidden inflammation may underlie many seemingly "unexplainable" symptoms: hormonal imbalances, hypothyroidism, hot flashes, constipation, depression, migraines, insomnia, chronic dry skin, psoriasis, yeast overgrowth, or parasite infections.
In other words, the body’s detoxification capacity largely depends on the amount of bile produced. If insufficient bile is produced, it can lead to weight gain, as large fat droplets enter the bloodstream, and the body can only store them as fat—along with fat-soluble toxins. This can increase fat storage, where toxins also accumulate.
Poor bile function can also lead to issues such as allergies, arthritis, and joint or muscle inflammation.
Hypothyroidism is also associated with reduced or improper bile secretion. Improving bile production can significantly enhance metabolism.
The liver continuously uses cholesterol to produce bile, as bile is made from it. Additionally, bile regulates cholesterol levels.
The WTN Bile Support dietary supplement can help increase the amount of bile needed for processing dietary fats, detoxification, and proper digestion.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule)
Take 1 capsule daily, directly at noon, before the main meal or with the first bite of food. If necessary, the recommended daily amount can be increased. If 1 capsule per day does not achieve the desired effect, a second capsule may be taken before breakfast, especially if the fat content of the breakfast justifies it. If 2 capsules per day are still insufficient, the dosage may be increased to 3 capsules per day. In this case, the third capsule should be taken with the evening meal, which should be consumed before 6:00 p.m., along with the WTN Bile-Friendly dietary supplement.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight, in its closed container.
