Gamma-aminobutyric acid, or GABA for short, is a naturally occurring compound in the human body and is one of the most important so-called inhibitory neurotransmitters of the central nervous system. In contrast to activating messenger substances such as adrenaline, GABA is responsible for inhibiting stimuli - a process that helps to finely regulate the transmission of stimuli in the nervous system.
GABA is one of the non-essential amino acids and is produced in the body from glutamic acid. Due to its special function, GABA is often the subject of scientific research into neuronal activity, equalisation mechanisms and the role of neurotransmitters in everyday life.

Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient water. Best between meals or 30 minutes before bedtime.
