Our high-quality vitamin B complex is based on the natural brand-name raw material Cultavit®, an innovative nutrient complex made from sprouted buckwheat. The buckwheat is enriched with vitamins using a special process, resulting in a plant-based product with high bioavailability. This makes our product an ideal natural alternative to synthetically produced vitamin supplements.
The complex contains all eight essential B vitamins – including thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7), folic acid (B9) and vitamin B12 – in a balanced dosage. These vitamins support numerous important functions in the body, such as energy metabolism, normal nerve and immune system function, and the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes. The dosage is based on the recommended reference values and reliably contributes to the daily basic supply.
