THE MISSING 10 G OF FIBRE
If your daily struggles include constant hunger, frequent bloating or digestive issues, one possible reason may be an imbalance in your gut flora – often caused by not consuming enough fibre.
To support digestion and gut health, it is recommended to consume
30 g of fibre per day, according to NHS guidelines.
However, people following a typical Western diet unfortunately consume only
15–20 g of fibre per day. For comparison, this missing 10 g of fibre is roughly equivalent to about 400 g of broccoli.
We managed to pack this missing 10 g of fibre into a single serving of FiberShake – and not just any kind of fibre.
ACTIVÉ DUAL FIBRE BLEND
Not all fibres are the same. There are two main types of dietary fibre:
- Water-soluble, prebiotic fibres (such as inulin, onion, garlic, artichoke, etc.), which can nourish the beneficial bacteria in your gut,
- Water-insoluble fibres (such as whole grains, bulgur, vegetable skins, etc.), which can support healthy digestion.
The 10 g of fibre in FiberShake is formulated to include both types of fibre. This means you no longer need to calculate or carefully select different fibre sources – just mix it with 200 ml of liquid and enjoy the remarkable benefits of fibre.
18 G OF PROTEIN PER SERVING
In addition to the award-winning fibre blend, FiberShake also provides 18–20 g of protein per serving, depending on the flavour. This is roughly equivalent to the protein content of
3 eggs. It helps support muscle maintenance and, together with fibre, contributes to a
long-lasting feeling of fullness.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 sachet (42,5 g))
Step 1
Pour 200 ml of liquid into your shaker. You can use water, milk, or plant-based milk. We think half water, half milk tastes best.
Step 2
Pour your FiberShake into the shaker. Open your FiberShake with a firm motion. The opening is designed to minimize powder dispersion.
Step 3
Shake for 10 seconds. Shake the shaker up and down firmly for 10 seconds. For a lump-free result, try to let the liquid hit the top of the shaker.
Step 4
Drink it or eat it? You decide! After 1 minute, FiberShake turns into a thick, drinkable delight.
If you prefer it as a pudding, just wait 4 minutes.
The beneficial fibers thicken into a delicious, creamy dessert.
