Each serving provides 4000 mg beta-alanine (like CarnoSyn®), 2000 mg arginine AKG, 1000 mg agmatine sulfate , 1500 mg citrulline malate and 1000 mg taurine!
Beta Alanine increases the concentration of carnosine in muscle tissue. By increasing the carnosine content of muscle tissue, you can achieve outstanding performance improvements and faster recovery. Beta alanine is a precursor of pantothenic acid and a constituent of some peptides - anserine and carnosine. It is involved in many metabolic processes in the body, along with creatine synthesis and nitric oxide (NO) production. Nitric oxide increases the patency of the cardiovascular system, relaxes smooth muscles and increases the permeability of the vascular wall, which provides muscles with better oxygen and nutrient supply.
A-AKG acts by widening blood vessels ('vasodilatation'), which speeds up the delivery of nutrients and oxygen directly to the muscles.
