Natur Tanya® iron bisglycinate is a new generation of organic, vegan iron formulations. It concentrates world-patented Albion™ Ferrochel™ iron bisglycinate (28 mg iron per serving!) and BioPerine® black pepper extract (2.375 mg standardised piperine per serving!) in a vegetable capsule shell. DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule)

1 capsule daily, preferably after meals, swallowed with plenty of water. It is completely safe for long-term consumption. You can check its effectiveness by monitoring your iron levels with your doctor.
