Vitemix is a liquid combination of tasty plant extracts and vitamins, so even the little ones will take to it quickly and it's easy to drink. It contains important vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, beta carotene (the precursor to vitamin A) and all members of the B vitamin family. It also contains a lot of carrot, wheat germ and rosehip extracts.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 tablespoon (15 ml))

Recommended daily amount: 1 tablespoon = 15 ml before meals. Can be diluted with water or fruit juice. Shake before use.
