The protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and normal bone structure. DIRECTION (1 serving = 30 g)

Mix 1 serving of product (30 g = 1 scoop = 4 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of water. On training days, take 1 serving after training. On rest days, take 1 serving at any time during the day.
